A carrier’s DOT Operating Status, Operating Authority Type, and Operating Authority Status data in Highway’s UI and Rules Engine has been updated to reflect what's in Motus. A carrier's Safety Rating reflects what's in SAFER. Due to incomplete information in Motus, Highway has not been able to utilize Authority History and Insurance updates since the final L&I update on May 14th, 2026. Update - We continue to see signs of imminent resolution to the FMCSA's migration to its new data delivery system. Highway is actively importing and inspecting the subsets of data that have been published thus far. Based on our current findings, we expect a change to the structure of docket numbers. Finally, we expect to be able to merge and make the refreshed datasets available to our customers next week.
